Tee Time System

To access the Tee Time System, click on the button below. For Login - please note that your account number is 3 digits.  If you have a 2 digit number, add one zero in front of it  (ex: 22 would be 022).  After your three-digit account number, differentiate between "male" and "female" by adding either M or F to the end of your member account number.  Your 3-digit account number will now be: 0XXM (male) or 0XXF (female).  Your password is your last name typed in lower case.  If you have any questions or problems please call the Golf Shop at 480-585-0385.

Member's Statement

To access your on-line member's statement, click on the button below.  Half way down that page (below the Log In area), you'll see an area called "Need to create an account?".  Please click on the link that says "Click here to be taken to the Registration Page."  You can then register into the system.  Please note that your account number is 4 digits.  If you have a 2 digit number, add two zeros in front of it  (ex: 22 would be 0022).  After your four-digit account number, differentiate between "male" and "female" by adding either M or F to the end of your member account number.  Your 4-digit account number will now be: 0XXXM (male) or 0XXXF (female).  If you have any questions, please click here to e-mail Diane Gregg.

Rules Reminders

1. Foursomes have preferences over twosomes, threesomes and fivesomes during regular play.

2. Proper golf attire will be required at all times. Our dress code is traditional to most private clubs and does not allow t-shirts. Men are required to wear collared shirts.

3. Guests

1. There must be a club member in each foursome.

2. A member may not have more then three guests at one time without Board approval.

4. All players must check in before leaving the Golf Shop area.

5. No one may begin play on the 10th hole without permission from the Golf Shop.

6. Private golf carts are not allowed. Golf carts and pull carts are available with a cart fee through the Golf Shop. Members are allowed to walk and carry on the course.



7. We require the use of approved soft spikes on the golf course and practice facilities.

A member can have up to 3 guests any time during regularly scheduled hours
except
Tuesday morning Ladies' Day and during Men's Peak scheduled events.
