as memberships
become available.

prospective member buying a residence from a member of the club,

to
the club and be placed on the "A" list for membership consideration,
if the
application for membership is made not later than 60 days following the closing
of the purchase of the member's residence. Additionally, applicants who own
and
occupy a residence or purchase a lot in Pinnacle Peak Country Club Estates,
La Vida or The Pinnacle, or any home or lot which abuts the golf course,

considered "priority" and shall be placed on the "A" list
for member
consideration.

on the "B" List?
A: All other applicants shall be placed on the "B" List.
Q: What
priority is given to “A” list

from the “A” list are accepted, then one from the “B” list,
and so forth.

a member, what should I do?
