Pinnacle Peak Country Club (PPCC) is a private, member-owned club conveniently contiguous to three, upscale residential communities.  Membership is not tied to property ownership.  We have members from all over the United States, and other countries, many of whom are part-time residents.  PPCC is one of the few clubs in the Valley that is member-owned.  There are no uncertainties regarding the arrangements and cost of turnover from the developer. Our financial status is sound and available to prospective members. The Board of Directors operates in  the best interests of the members and is elected by the members. PPCC is part of a mature and attractive community that is completely built out.  

Candidates for Regular Golf Membership are required to complete an application to be approved by the Membership Committee and undergo background and credit checks before submittal to the Board of Directors for approval.  A $5,000 deposit of the initiation fee must accompany each application.    

The following classes of membership are available:

Regular Member
A Regular Membership is a Certificate-Holding Member.  Golf memberships entitle members full access to all clubhouse and social activities, fitness facilities, dining and golf throughout the year.  We currently offer a One-Year (completely commitment-free) Trial Membership, and a Five-Year Interest-Free Payment Plan.  The following provisions apply:

    *  Deposit of $5,000 is due with an application for membership at Pinnacle Peak Country Club.

    *  If you choose full Golf Membership at Pinnacle Peak Country Club after this one-year Trial Membership period, this deposit of $5,000 is your first year's payment.  The initiation fee of $50,000 (non-Equity) is payable with a 5-year interest-free payment plan as follows:

           1st Year     $5,000 payable with application for Trial Membership

           2nd Year    $10,000 due on Anniversary of Joining Date 2011

           3rd Year     $10,000 due on Anniversary of Joining Date 2012

           4th Year     $10,000 due on Anniversary of Joining Date 2013

           5th Year     $15,000 due on Anniversary of Joining Date 2014

    *  If you decide at the end of your Trial Membership period that membership does not meet your expectations, you are under no obligation to continue - your $5,000 deposit is fully refundable.  There is no Promissory Note or large lump sum investment for membership.

    *  Upon full payment of the $50,000, the Time Pay Member will receive a Certificate of Membership with no Equity in Pinnacle Peak Country Club.  If the Time Pay Member elects to be vested, an additional $20,000 is due and ayable.  The Time Pay Member would then receive the entitlement to vote, and entitled to equity interest and ownership in the Club.  This equity of $20,000 is reimbursable upon termination of membership.

    *  Monthly Membership Dues - $680 per month

Senior Member
A Regular member transferring to Senior status must have 10 years of membership and be 70 years of age at the time of the request. Senior status has a limit of 60 members. Golf course privileges are limited.

Senior Associate Member
A Regular member transferring to Senior Associate status must have 10 years of membership and be 70 years of age at the time of the request. Senior Associate status has a limit of 20 members. There are no golfing privileges.

Junior Member
There is a maximum of 25 Junior Memberships allowed in the total Regular membership of 325. Junior memberships are available to individuals between the ages of 21 and 35 years, inclusive.  A twelve-year interest-free payment plan, and a one-year trial membership is currently available. Monthly dues are $520.

Junior/Intermediate Member
Junior/Intermediate memberships are available to individuals between the ages of 36 and 45 years, inclusive. A ten-year interest-free payment plan, and a one-year trial membership is currently available.  Monthly dues are $680. 

Prospective Member
Prospective members who are on the waiting list, who agree to pay a set monthly fee until they become regular members, have all club privileges and limited use of the golf course during peak season and unlimited use of the golf course during the summer season.

Social Memberocial Member

There is a maximum of 25 Social Memberships available at Pinnacle Peak Country Club.  Initiation fee is $I,000 - non-equity.  Monthly dues are $340.
